A full HVAC remediation includes the unit along with all the ductwork and components. Depending on the status of the parts within the unit, it may be required to pull certain components out for decontamination. Additionally, we check the status of your unit and perform any service or maintenance required.

Most people don’t really think about how many systems they have in their home, so a quick rule of thumb is to count the number of thermostats. For example, if you have a two-story house with one thermostat upstairs and one downstairs, that typically means you have two separate systems.

Additionally, we offer bi-annual service contracts for the maintenance of your HVAC system.

As Texas state regulations mandate, if we are performing the mold remediation for your property, we cannot be the company who inspected and tested your property, so once the consulting company provides you with the protocol we can develop the proper work plan based off the protocol, TDSHS (Texas Department of State Health Services) guidelines and your specifications.

Proper PPE is supplied for you and your household as well as all our employees working on the property. Then the area is contained and we proceed with the mold removal process step by step according to the work plan we have set up with you. Once the mold remediation is completed, the consulting company returns for clearance testing to ensure all the mold has been eradicated from your home. Looking to see how much mold removal costs? Contaminant removal is very similar in process to mold remediation, with the exception that there are no regulations prohibiting one company from performing both the testing and the remediation. The main concern is to determine the source of contamination and ensure that it is removed immediately. Once the source has been removed, we begin the process of decontamination, which is determined by the type of contaminant and the severity of the levels within your home. Common contaminants are asbestos, lead, VOCs and bacteria levels.

The PHI (Photohydroionization) and REME units (Reflective Electromagnetic Energy) are easily mounted into the HVAC system and work by sending aggressive ionized advanced oxidizers into the rooms in your home to destroy pollutants at their source. It can reduce odors, VOCs, smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses throughout your house. The REME and the PHI units both use friendly oxidizers, which means that they revert back to oxygen and hydrogen after the pollutant has been eradicated.
